About Me

“Modern medicine has become so focused on treating sick people. Seldom do we find professionals addressing the problem at its core.”

My grandmother was one of the greatest women I knew. In some sense, one could say she raised me as a child whilst my parents were hard at work. I didn’t complain, because we formed an inseparable bond that I cherish till this day. Unfortunately, she died from a heart attack before her 70th birthday, which meant I was dealt one of the greatest losses in my lifetime at just 17 years old. She was vibrant, lively, outgoing, positive and she loved her family to bits. Unfortunately, she was also diabetic, overweight and suffered insanely high blood pressure. A prevalent picture in today’s modern world.

Diseases like diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and cancer account for over 70% of deaths in the western world. But that’s not the sad part. The sad part is that most of these diseases are greatly influenced by lifestyle. Worse still, the modern medical approach has left us with no option but to take the pharmacological road (that means pills, pills and more pills) because we refuse to tackle the root cause.

My family showed a strong predisposition to cardiovascular disease. But did that mean our fate - my fate - was set in stone? And what about the fate of the Maltese, or the western world in general? With my country, Malta, being the fattest country in Europe it became my goal to help folks live longer and better.

Lifestyle is my thing. And I’m here to give you the lowdown on what you need to be doing to reclaim your health. Because I’m fed up of seeing people give up, thinking that all hope is lost. Hope is never lost.

If the idea of regaining your health, living longer, spending more time with your loved ones - maybe even your kids - excites you, then I suggest you follow me. Because some of the ideas I pitch may not be the same conventional wisdom you are used to hearing. And considering I don’t have a fucking filter, you’ll be in for a few laughs here and there too.

“If you’re ready to make the change, then I’m ready to walk the walk with you.”
