Place a 100g of Explore Cuisine Edamame Spaghetti (€2.00) in a pan filled with boiling water and boil for 6 minutes.
In a pre-heated wok place 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (€0.10), 1 tsp vinegar (€0.05), 50g diced onion (€0.07), 150g of cut-up broccoli (€0.27), 50g diced carrots (€0.07) and sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Cook for around 5 - 8 minutes.
Add 125 ml of vegetable stock (€0.44) in the wok and continue to stir.
When the pasta has boiled, place in a sieve and rinse for 1 - 3 minutes with cold water. Then, place in the wok.
To make up the calories, you can have a fruit - such as one 180g apple (€0.48)- after your meal.
